Kick off Simple Fun with a 1-hour session of fitness to get your wellness going. Whether a first timer or not consistent with exercising have some fun while getting in shape.

Bragging rights are on the line for the Best DFW Simple Fun Family Of The Year – Team Competition. There will be 3 categories to compete in with only 6 co-ed members of your family on your team. The categories include Tug-of-War, Dodge Ball, and Slid-N-Slide Kickball. If there is a tie then it will go to a sudden death match of mind and skills with Giant Jenga.

For families that don’t want to compete. There will be other backyard games to experience like Connect Four, Dominoes, Spades, Cornhole & Football Toss, Kite Flying, Musical Chairs, Archery Bow, Checkers, Twister, & Giant Twister.
